1930s Enamel Sweet Peas Grooming Set (hw1317)

A beautiful and unused vanity set dating to the 1930s and consists of a hair brush, clothes brush and hand mirror. Each piece is adorned with delicate lilac and pink sweet peas against a white guilloche pattern background. The hand mirror has bevelled glass and the two brushes have bristles set into a wooden base. Each piece has typical art deco styling to the silver metal edges (the metal cleans as silver but there is n visible hallmark so we cannot be sure if this is silver.) The brushes do not appear to have been used.

Such a very pretty set for your dressing table. The hand mirror is approximately 27cm by 12cm, the hairbrush is 24cm by 8cm and the clothes brush is 15cm by 4cm. All in excellent condition. Some very minor wear to the enamel at the tail of the mirror and one top corner.
